Thanks to the excellent help I received from the tech guys at ISS, getting connected was a breeze! I am not very good at using a computer, but they always cheerfully help me solve any problem that pops up. I want to let you know, that by far the best technician that you have is one named Bruce. I have tried for a long long time, to get an account closed that was cindyxxx.net it was done way back when I was married and we had a computer store, and Interlinc gave us free acct. As we made internet connections on customers computers, hooking them up to Interlinc.
I have tried and tried till blue in the face. Telling tech after tech, I have been divorced from Doug xxx or some time now, and want the cindyxxx account canceled, as he knew password to it. Time after time techs said we can't cancel it. It worried me sick. Finally today, the man upstairs sent me an angel when I called Interlinc a got yet another tech person. This angel of mines name is Bruce, I hope you now whom I'm talking about. As my angel never gave me his last name.
He stayed on the phone with me, worked on the dilemma and got it figured out and got the cindyxxx account gone.
Now I don't know why no other techs there could figure it out, but you have a true gem and asset, there in Bruce. I sincerely hope, you realize how valuable this man is. Again Thank you for the day you hired this wonderful man named Bruce. Tell Bruce, again I said Thank You.
