Our Management staff consists of experienced Professional PC Technicians, Web Developers and Network Professionals, most having had many years of work experience and certifications.

 Our Technicians are intelligent, professional, and respectful. They understand the customer needs and know how to service those needs quickly.             

 We proudly provide connectivity support for ISP's on a flat-rate, per customer, basis. We include Customer Service and Billing, and we take and enter payments as a normal part of our business.
We provide both full-time  24/7 Technical Support and Sales; After hours, nights and weekend Technical Support is also available for those companies that do not want their clients left high and dry after the office is closed.
 Unlike the majority of our competitors, we do not have any hidden charges. We treat all our customers with honesty and fairness. We act as a Partner while looking out for the needs of our customers loyally.           
 We do not place time limits on our calls, but each tech is required to pass the call to the next level if the customer problems are not getting repaired quickly
We can also sell your services to your potential customers and then enter and set up the customers dial-up, compression agent, ISDN, DSL, Wireless and Cable, or a Hosting account.
           
 Our service provides Technical Support for all customer connectivity issues that all ISP's have. We also take other help-desk questions as a normal part of the service. We do this as a courtesy to the customers. We also support web hosting and web site questions for your customers.
          
We provide Server and Network Monitoring services at no additional charge to all of our IPS customers. That helps both us and you; we know immediately when a service area is down..
 Our service is provided via toll-free lines, Live Support button that we can put on your support pages, at no extra cost. When your customer clicks on the button we will know that they came from your web site. We will also know their IP address and the name they have entered. We can then chat with your customers by text, directly from your web site.
