We can also sell your services to your potential customers and then enter and set up the customers dial-up, compression agent, ISDN, DSL, Wireless and Cable, or a Hosting account.
Our service provides Technical Support for all customer connectivity issues that all ISP's have. We also take other help-desk questions as a normal part of the service. We do this as a courtesy to the customers. We also support web hosting and web site questions for your customers.
We provide Server and Network Monitoring services at no additional charge to all of our IPS customers. That helps both us and you; we know immediately when a service area is down..
Our service is provided via toll-free lines, Live Support button that we can put on your support pages, at no extra cost. When your customer clicks on the button we will know that they came from your web site. We will also know their IP address and the name they have entered. We can then chat with your customers by text, directly from your web site.
